The home page currently goes to the GIM blog, but I’ll be fixing this…..The activity feed eventually will be the site’s home page, its just more interesting.

The activity feed is more interactive and easier to use, members can now post and reply to an activity/wire feed on the same page instead of having to go into your profile page.

Before we couldnt post videos to the activity feed, but its now possible to do this…if you want to post a video, just copy and paste the URL of the YouTube video into the activity comment box.

That’s it for now….enjoy the warm sunny weekend, suppose to be in the 50s!!

Michael heath reported he received a voice message threatening his life. the message left on his voice mail stated “I can tell him this: I’m a gay guy who owns guns, and he’s my next target.”

Augusta police are investigating the threat, and Heath stated he doesn’t fear for his life. Although I’m against everything Michael Heath stands for, I condemn anyone for using the threat of violence against another individual.

With that said…I’m taking this story with a grain of salt until something concrete is introduced as evidence. This could of been anyone making the threat and just because the message stated that “I’m a gay guy”, its insignificant. This could of been anyone making that threat, straight or gay, and so convenenient that it came right on the heel of an emotional election.

I’m not saying he didn’t get the threat, I’m just questioning that this is from a real “gay guy”.

1) A poll of 1,133 likely voters, conducted October 31-November 1 by Public Policy Polling, finds the anti-gay side winning 51-47, a result within the margin of error.

2) Daily Kos/ Research 2000, in an October 26-28 poll of 600 likely voters, found defenders of marriage equality edging out opponents 48-47.

3) Pan Atlantic SMS Group, in a poll of 401 likely voters, gave the pro-gay side a more comfortable 53-42 margin of victory. However, that polling was done October 20-22………[READ MORE]
